[REJECTED] Mythic keystone disappeared from bag and no record for weekely chest

Character name: Kelasteh
Bug description: This morning i have done a m4 tol dagor with the key i received from weekly chest, then played the game continiously until I was logged off on server restart. In this evening, i entered again on this character, but the key upgraded to m5 was gone and there was no record of the dungeon done in the mythic keystone record for the weekly chest. I have no photos as a proof.

Keystones' level, weekly best, MMR, rating, earned Conquest, armory ladders have been reset.
