[FIXED] [Priest][Holy] Prayer of mending

Bug description: Prayer of mending almost doesnt jump at all. The spells descriptions says that after the target takes damage its suppouse to heal them and then jump to another target. Which clearly does not happen (I dont think its suppose to work on fall damage: need to investigate more) In the video you can clearly see a 10 stack PoM buff that reacts to nothing and just disappears after 30 seconds, the second clip shows a PoM which jumps once and then disappears the third one shows holy word salvation: places renew and 2 stacks of prayer mending even though everyone in the raid is taking damage from leaving the orbs the PoM does not jump. The last clip shows how much healing it did it jumped a few times but thats too low, considering it heal 13k per jump (tool tip in the spellbook says a different value then the actual buff) Which means a single 10 stacked PoM should heal 130k. My only guess is that it only jumps when the target takes direct single target damage: warlock with the deubff, tank getting autoattacked. And completely ignores aoe damage.

Prayer of Mending should not trigger upon Environmental damage (such as fall damage) after reviewing the video I can confirm that there are occasions where the trigger should enable it to jump and apply to a nearby target.
