I understand your frustration, but the only major difference between a free to play and a donor is exclusivity. That means, they have the chance to wear specific gear before you do.
I also like to play for free, it's more interactive, and I play casually due to time limits, but I managed to get to 380 in the current patch lifespan.
Donors have 391 item level, and the 10-15 itemlevel difference is not that significant.

In other words, if you can not win arenas because of donors, you have other ways to boost your gear.
Do a m+ dungeon for example, you may have a chance to win 395 ilvl items yourself.

It's not that they are too high equiped, but you are too low.

If u are a casual player,you need months for 380 ilvl,check ladder,there are only 340 ilvl ppl and donors,so of course donors farm 340 ilvl ppl so ezl.This season is a freakshow even bigger than last season.

As a casual player, I play an average of 2hrs a day (sometimes not at all), I mean I'm not a try-hard, just doing basic stuff that everyone has access to.
It's been over one month since the release of BFA on Freakz, and it was plenty of time for everyone to get 370+.
You need minimum skill to clear a mythic+10 keystone in order to get the best pieces of gear at the moment.

L.E. I know you guys are talking about getting gear only from PvP, but this happened on blizz also. PvP players doing dungeons to get better gear (since the PvP bis was 385 instead of 395).

the problem also is it takes over a month to fix the gear drop issue from arena, 340 gear keeps dropping for winning in higher brackets.

don't forget that we are (wisely?) on 8.0 content
in a couple of months freakz will update to the next patch and you will have to grind all over again

At least make rated arenas instanced. Let the donors increase their ego by winning skirmishes. Im not talking trash here its just an example. Take the look at the current rated arena 2v2 ladder right now. They're all donated. Now check last season and see how poorly they played when there was insanced pvp and it was all equal. If you say that having 20 ilvl over someone doesnt make a difference you clearly dont know what you're talking about.. Please fix this.

legion season was awfull,the gameplay was shit,melees were dominating because mos of them were bugged,this season gameplay wise and bugs wise is way better.But i totally agree woth regarding the big difference between donors and the rest of the players,there is no fun in that at all.

the ladder atm is literally full of donors and no lifers,cuz normal players can't get 380 ilvl if they have a social life .All the top rated players are pvers or ppl that never played arena or pvp before,they got 0 skill,but they have gear.It's so funny how r1 retail players are losing to ppl that can't even press their defs, do any cc or they try to intterupt thru immunities.But this is freakz's pvp,LOL.

man vad ca tot sunt topicuri de pvp arene etc dar la voi nu merg main questurile pentru demon hunter si main questurile din zandalar asa poate faceti si voi topic de questuri si treburi si raspundeti in game cu raspunsuri mai pertinete nu ,citez trebuie sa faci toate story line q adica un raspuns extraordianar de complet :)))))

On topic: The devs are focusing on delivering quality BFA content. All the main questlines from BFA zones are working properly, if you encountered any issues, feel free to post them on forum and will be addressed furthermore.

Related to older content - since the focus right now is to fix and deliver BFA content, some old content will be buggy, but this will not stop you from leveling out to 120.

shaman elemental main aoe spell is almost disabled , the bug is rotting in the confirmed section for a few months now , quality bfa content nice joke all shaman elemental can't do aoe dmg in dungeon because earthquake does shit all dmg , no class fixes in centuries , bfa as it was supposed to be on retail , i want my money back
