[Warrior] Spell Reflection sound effect

Bug description: When using Spell Reflection and a spell is reflected, normally a sound effect would play as the spell is being reflected. However, it seems to not be playing when that is the case. It's worth noting that this is the case for both PvE and PvP scenarios.
