Bug description: Everytime i join an instance, my talents getting unlearned. especially [Mindbender] and [Psychic Horror] Talents on 45 - 60 - 90 need to change to learn again

As you see Talent 45 Unlearned, Psychic Horror bugged, mindbender turned into shadowfiend... Actually i tested other skills as well but if i choose anything except mindbender, i need to wait 3 min CD of shadowfiend to replace any talent.

This bug exists from the very start of bfa launch date, and I mentioned this in other posts, this is a general bug.
Alot of my guildmates have this bug, but they just don't want to post anything on forum.
On all my alts i have this issue, the small difference is that talents that will reset vary for each class.

Oh and the most annoying part is that some talents depend on spell cd's, which makes you wait until cd ends to relearn a talent, in pve u can just use a tome at any time, but in bg's for example you can't even relearn a missing talent when game is started.

Not a Priest related report as this can happen on any class and any spec, it's being investigated on internal report.
