[REJECTED] cold steel hot blood trait doesnt stack (warrior azerite trait)

Bug description: when this trait proc it put debuff on enemies but it have 2 bugs:

1- it dont stack so if u have 1 trait of it or 3 the damage of the debuff is always 1 stack. (edit :it say 3k but it applies 1k if u have 1 trait of it)
2- it say 6 sec but it stays for 2 sec

First, cold steel doesnt apply more debuffs if u have more of this trait, it stacks more dmg in 1 single debuff, the only debuff it should be. Second, it ticks every 2s cause it ticks 3 times over the course of 6 seconds. And third, it does stack the dmg the more traits u have. U'll have the proof down below. And pls, next time when u wanna report something, use the model, have a proper ingame proof or video where it is cleary shown what u say, dont just link the spell without any proof whatsoever. Ty for the report.
