Bug description:
this azerite trait should add a block value to your block stat but it seems no matter how many of it you get the block value is same with it or without it.
u can equipe any combo of this piece of gear that have that trait and your block wont change u can try equip and see.

Here you will see I have 45.74% without the trait and 47.54% with the 1 trait. Rejected.
