Idk if this is intended or not, but since we can already get the medal from a certain wq *cough**horde only**cough*, shouldn't the service medal be implemented properly? Since we are in the 8.0 stage. Otherwise the vendor is completely useless.

Also Arathi wq's would be nice to see.

Hello there Miikee,

The honorbound service medal is attainable through the new custom event called The Eternal Travellers. You get the medals throug the quest Rescue mission which is a weekly quest.
