Vote Points not validating for the second time?

Hello,

My problem is that whenever I want to vote for the second time a day, my votes are not registering. I've narrowed this down to being caused by the first site, which applies a ~16 hour cooldown since you first vote. When I asked about this on discord or here on the forum, I either didn't get any answer or I was just told that it works and I'm doing something wrong. I understand that the cooldown is only on their side, I've been voting for more that 2 years and never had a problem with the site still having a cooldown the second time I vote.

However, in the past 4 weeks, I've been having this problem, and since I'm all in for transmogs this really steps on my nerves. Before I get told that I'm doing something wrong again, please spare 5 minutes and watch this video, to clearly see what's happening to me.

And I assume it's just a coincidence, that if I vote after 16 hours, without the first site having a cooldown, I get my votes.

Am I the only one experiencing this?

If it indeed still works the same way as it did before, please help me figure out what might be causing this.

Yes, I know. I made the post to which @chronically refers. Watch the video please, you can clearly see that despite all your comments, it does not work.

And like I already mentioned, I KNOW how the voting on gtop100 worked. I've been voting since the beginning of legion. This only started happening recently.

Several other players have the same spoken about the same problem, like on the post you're referring to.

Just tried today to follow what you wrote and got the vote points. It seems to be a issue on your side in this case.
