Bug description: Sometimes doesn't work. You can see the buff up and the revenge spell light up, however the Revenge spell remain unavailable.

I cant understand anything from that picture nor replicate what u said. Make a short record while encountering this issue and take a gcd weakaura tracker aswell please, ty.

I'm trying to figure out if this occurs do to an animation problem or if its something similar to ( https://trello.com/c/iKr1VVeC/441-death-knigtfrost-hb-vs-rime-proc ) the rime proc for fdks aswell and u cannot use the free proc unless u have the requirments(30rage) for it even tho it wont consume it. I'll do some more testing since i really cannot personally get the issue myself to see how or when it occurs and i'll reply as soon as i can. Ty for the video.

This is confirmed as a general spell queue issue and it has been reported so i'll mark this as a duplicate. The only advice i can give you for now is try lowering your spell queue to a point u dont get the issue anymore or get it alot less. /dump GetCVar("SpellQueueWindow")
