Tol Dagor Dungeon - Multiple LoS problems

Bug description: In this dungeon the LoS is a mess... Spells and pets go through walls and floors aggroing mobs from upper floors, aoe debuffs from mobs affect players from other floors that can't be reached until Jes (1st boss) is killed. We killed Jes while the whole team had 50% damage reduction from an npc who was on the upper floor in M13 key... This week one affix is bolstering and we had the issue I will display later on proof section. Cannons push npcs in the walls making them unkillable and getting everyone in combat until we suicide. In general this dungeon combined with the some nasty affixes, is a nightmare and should be avoided in it's currrent state at all costs by the players.

Same thing happens in Waycrest Manor, the AOE from hunter's pets goes through textures pulling mobs from everywhere.
