Bug description: I can't use some of my spells the animation starts than it stops. Chi Burst is just an example im having the same problem with Ring of Peace, Vivify, Transendence, Zen Pilgrimage etc. Im having this issue since visited Throne of Thunder and faced Ji-Kun/Durumu (can't decide which one may be the cause)
I tried changing some tallents but it acts as if it's still on cooldown.

Hello,

Thank you for your report. The animation does start few milliseconds before the actual cast. That can also be seen on retail. Meaning just because animation and spells sound goes through doesn't mean that the spell will. This can also be seen on retail.

If this is not what you meant. Please make a video to demonstrate what you actually had in mind.

Also please video demonstrate the talent change bug. I wasn't able to reproduce it.

Thank you for your lovely demo. I have too experienced same bug. However, I can't tell you why it is happening. If you can please provide step by step tutorial of how to bug it. After we would be able to fix the loophole.
