Bug description:
When the buff "True Bearing" is active from "Roll the Bones" it doesn't reduce the cooldown from "Blade Flurry"

I knew something was not right when doing AOE damage and the spell was on cooldown.
I tested this on the server and everything else seems to be working other than "Blade Flurry"

What you linked is how true bearing works in 9.0 (Shadowlands) that is in fact not the case for how it worked during BFA.

As you stated it works correctly right now, it should not reduce the cooldown of blade flurry that's why it also isnt reducing it at the moment.
