Looking at my account history I've noticed some old chars I have not played in ages and I have some tmogs there that I purchased and would like to know how I can recover:

Unfortunately, you cannot recover them since very old characters were removed alongside with the old realm and vote/wow shop purchased items were not transfered when we switched to the new realm.

Well, that is a bit unfair. I used money to get those items. I get the chars cant be recovered and I'm not pushing on that. But at least the items i donated for to be given back ...

Hello Intensso,

Those donations seem to be made during the Mists of Pandaria days, on the Mists of Pandaria realm.

That realm, including everything on it, no longer exist and can not be recovered and/or refunded.

When we launched our Legion realm in 2017, EVERYONE had to start fresh on it, NOBODY got their characters / items from the old MoP realm transfered, whether they were donated or not. The realm was a fresh start.
