Lost Item Recovery

When we switched from Legion to BfA i lost my [Jaina's Locket] toy. At the moment i opened a ticket and the GMs said that for the time being, the item recovery section was disabled and that i had to wait a bit until it got back again. I would like to ask what happened about that? The toy just dissapeared from my toy collection, is not showing as "unlearned", it just dissapeared (same as when we sometimes lost mogs in legion).

Thanks! Btw, it also happened to another toy (the toy biscuit to make the pets larger, i don't remember the name), so i'm assuming that maybe it's affecting more toys, cause those two i used to pop often, so i noticed right away, but maybe it's also happening for others that i didn't see.
