[REJECTED] Missing quest in Drustvar questlines - Unable to progress without bugging everything

Bug description:
This npc spawns only during Sharp Thinking quest. It is supposed to drop a quest item called Hastily Drawn Map and start the quest Hidden Dealings which is the part of the chapter A New Order of the achievement Drust Do It. These Npcs are unlootable, but ironically you can ''skip'' their quest from the drop and glitch the entire chapters ahead of it, gaining the Loremaster of Kul Tiras achievement but being unable to start The Pride of Kul Tiras questline. I wasted already a Demon Hunter (Shouirkana) who got stuck and even discussed this with a GM that was online at the moment. Since I have no courage to make a 3rd character only to confirm this time wasting bug, could you please check it?

The Pride of Kul Tiras questline doesn't work as it is right now. Nor can the corresponding achievement be obtained. However, I will double check this problem and keep you updated.

After checking the quests, I can confirm that the quest you're mentioning isn't scripted however it doesn't prevent you from completing that part of the storyline, as this is an optional quest.
You can check on this guide which quests are counted as side quests and which ones are main quests. Side quests aren't needed in order to complete the stated chapter, thus this is not a bug.
About the Pride of Kul Tiras questline, as mentioned, it currently isn't scripted.
