Bug description: The spell value for the first two class template Effects is incorrect. Freakz DB shows -17% while in the Simcraft DB it's -21%

You have used an out of date version of simcraft. Use 830-02 to see the real values. While in PvE dmg reduction is 17% in pvp it remains 21%.
