Bug description: After you use tunder focus tea, and use Rising sun kick (107428) cd for thunder focus tea should be reduced by 9 sec. But it do nothing

Thank you for your report.

You gain 2 charges after using the tea. Each charge will reduce Sun Rising Kick by 9 sec. Your initial CD of Sun Rising Kick is 11 sec. So 11 - 9 = 3 sec cooldown per each charge of Thunder Focus Tea. Your video clearly shows it working well.

Is that what you meant?
