Bug description: you get stats only once, but you have 2 charges thus you have to get 2 stats ( same stats doesnt stack, in this video i used vivify ( for mastery proc which worked) and renewing mist (should give u haste, but did nothing) used to give 2 stats ( different ones like mastery + haste or crit + versa depending on abilities)
