Since when has this been happening? Have you tried using the unstuck feature here since it has started happening?

Its because of the cross-faction thingy ..either bg ,or he got to opulence and was tranformed to alliance ,unstuck solves the problem.

If unstuck didn't work, might have been a random issues which should be solved after a restart. If the issue persists, create another topic.
