Bug description: Geti'ikku stopped proccing after I have faction changed
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/tksyq3K - only 1 proc after 3.3 mil damage (2% of total damage) and 100% uptime on dummy

VS: here in arenas: https://imgur.com/a/rNsVPa5 without 100% uptime you can see it procced much more

It seems that after the today's restart everything is back to normal
