Bug description: Trait Dance of Chi-ji have chance for free cast on Spinning Crane Kick. If you use Spinning Crace kick with proc for free cast or Blackout Kick with proc from Tiger Palm, you can proc passive from trait too. So you can cast if you will be lucky infinite amount of Spinning Crane Kicks becouse trait think you using something what costs Chi, but it's actually free.

Hello,

Thank you for your report. You can't rely on spell/talent/trait description all the time. Blizzard was always known for its bad wording.

Also trait has RPPM data of 2 base per minute. So even if you have free chi ability procs non stop. Dance of Chi-Ji wont proc more than 2 times per minute.

I did manage to find a video proof on youtube just to prove my point for you.
