Bug description: leviathan's lure trinket dps say 39k so normal should be 39k minimum and crit should be double or over 70k . But only 26k normal hit and crit 50k. Dps is lower like 13k is missing.

It's physical damage, thus is reduced by armor. It works as intended. Not bugged.
