[REJECTED] [Warlock] minor Memory of lucid dream and refund shard problem

Character name: feardead
Bug description: minor essence memory of lucid dream didn't refund 50% shard on destro lock, only refund 25% shard. In case of affliction spec, it didn't refund any shard when proc, it should refund 1 shard, i didn't try with demenology spec but i think it have same problem
Proof:
Destro: I have 5 shards and after use chaos bolt 2 shard, it only refund 0.5 shard, you can see i have 3.5 left

I think have problem same retail
Battle for Azeroth Hotfix (2019-07-16): [Lucid Dreams] now refunds 50% less mana in PvP situations, now heals for 50% less in PvP situations when it refunds resources, and now provides 50% less Leech when activated in PvP situations. The Mana generation rate provided by activating [Memory of Lucid Dreams] is unchanged.
