Bug description:Arcing Current should do damage on 3 targets and put a new debuff on targets without debuff.On mythic dificulty nearly the end of fight when all raid have the debuff,this spell is doing damage to all who have the debuff instead of 3 people .SO if 15 had the debuff 15 will take damage from Arcing current istead of 3 people.
Proof: I have no logs in my recount to proof this , just test it if you can .It's ez to test ingame.

It's working as intended, the spell on Mythic is supposed to hit everyone with the debuff.

You are wrong.Orgozoa will channel a electrical current trough guys with debuff but only 3 will take damage, not all .

Yes, you right.You can close thread.I was confused because of this video.Anyway the big problem with this boss are the soaks .I post it on another topic .At 45%-50% is imposible to heal .
