Character name: Orgyowl
Bug description: Today in Tol Dagor 11, I was using Potion of Unbridled Fury and after a few times I was unable to use it because icon was greyed out. As you can see in screenshot tooltip says cd for potion will start upon leaving combat but I was not in combat, i could use other items, eat food to gain buff etc. It remained in this state for the rest of dungeon. Yesterday same thing happend when we were doing Motherlode, I could use it for the first half of dungeon, but somewhere between second and third boss it got stuck, and I couldnt use it anymore.

Hey there Orgyowl,
Ive encountered this issue during my raid and i solved it by relogging.Although there should be a trello card about this i cant find one.If it happens again post in this post.

I can confirm this is a visual bug only. Even if you click on the gray icon of a potion/flask/food it suppose to work without relogging. If not, just use relog.

Well it's not visual bug, potion is not usable when it bugs out, not when I click it on action bar, not when I click it in inventory. Reloging indeed solves that problem, but I had to relog 4 times today during m+ run before I gave up, because it kept buging. So yeah, reloging helps but its not viable solution during timed runs on mythic.
