Hi, I was doing Nazjatar Quests and I can't complete this quest because I accidentally deleted the item I got from the previous quest. Now i need 10 Prismatic Manapearl to upgrade an armor. Any ideas?

Proceed to kill rares across Nazjatar and also the Commanders that spawn periodically to get back the 10 prismatic manapearls
