Bug description: Not every time you use blackout kick reduce the cd of fist of fury by 1sec. easy to test, anoying part for monk gameplay and rotation.It doesn`t happen to ofter but it happens.

Doesn't happen to me. Upload a video of you hitting a dummy on to youtube with timestamps where the bug happens. Then I will investigate.

There is the proof, it somehow happened 2 times in this video.

On the next zaqul m pulls i will also record and try to provide proofs, but it will be hard because the texture not working there and it will be complete random.

Thank you for your videos. Next time always upload on youtube since it is an easy and fast access for all of the staff members.

I can see the bug on first video so you are on to something. Now please try to reproduce it with just weapons and no gear. You have way to many buffs and boons on you that may be responsible for this bug. Try it without gear and see if you still get this bug.

I tried with weapons only and I didn't get this bug.

I will when i will have time to do so, i noticed that after xuen proc it happens more ofter, i don`t see the point on testing with just weapons if you did that already, i will test with different esences/azerites 1 by 1 to see which one cause this issue

Thanks for extra info. Ill test it with xuen trait. I can't make a report until i know what exactly causing it.

Tested Fury of Xuens and Pressure point. All good with these traits.

Ill confirm this bug but more info is needed since I still cannot reproduce this bug.
