[REJECTED] [Boralus] NPCs are missing

Character name: Koteika
Bug description: 3 NPCs are missing in Boralus : Taelia, Genn Greymane and Cyrus Crestfall.
I did not complete the storyline in Drustvar . the first quest must be passed to Taelia.
Later in the next patch (8.2), NPC will be needed for me for quests.(War Campaign)
I think this is a bug.
I got quest item "Azsharan Medallion" https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=165605&name=azsharan-medallion from World Quest "Naga Attack!" https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=54267&name=naga-attack , after I started this questline and NPCs disappeared .
