[REJECTED] [Mage][All specs] Incanters flow

Character name: Criniimg
Bug description: Incanters flow doesnt work at all on my character, doesnt show on buff bar or affect my abilities in any way

apparently screenshotting doesnt show when tooltip is active, but i showed dmg of ability with and without talent, it was the same, however u can still see top right corner there is no incanters flow buff active

Can you change talent with Mirror Image or with Rune of Power? If not, sound to be exactlly like THIS One! Both lvl 45 talents... Both for all 3 specs...

What do you mean it doesn't work ? Incanter's flow doesn't proc outside of combat, you need to be in combat for it to work. Proof.

If this turns out to actually be a character specific issue you need to ask GM to do .unaura all on you since I cannot confirm a bug thats not general, if they refuse just send me a DM. Rejected.
