[REJECTED] [Hunter] [ALL specs] [Lvl 45 Talent]Camouflage

Bug description: It simply does NOTHING and also can not even change it, all details in video. (deleted cache, disabled addons, and so on) It was working until that restart from Thursday or Friday last Week.

PS: If someone is thinking that is from my macro in action bar, here is the macro:

/petfollow
/stopattack
/stopcast
/cast [nocombat] Camouflage
/cast [combat] Feign Death

But actually shown it from spellbook.

PPS:
Worst part is that can not change it to Neutral Mending or Trilblazer, so, you can consider that ALL 3 talents (from lvl 45) are bugged... Even if you are NOT taken Camouflage before.
*You can see this in my video above when I switched to Beast Mastery, on lvl 45 I have NO ONE talent taken, and can not take any...

RIGHT NOW *27.10 - 11:08PM Server time. It appear as 25 days cooldown spell. (Still can not swith to others or take one in bm spec, where I have no one lvl 45 talent selected)

Yes, cooldown is working, on 23 days now. But I was thinking of something...
What if a gm will try to use ".unaura all" or ".cooldown 199483" on me?

Try maybe to: change specs, delete cache, unstuck from server, change back?
