[Trinket] Forbidden Obsidian Claw healing

Bug description: Healing lower than it should be.

At the moment damage to heal ratio is around 9.9:1

17311 dmg to 1747 heal

Proof: On retail the ratio was 2.76:1

So according to logs data,

Healing of the trinket needs to be increased by x 3.58 times.
