Hello,

This is due to the fact that you were in a different phase from the Sawblade Clearcutters, since in your screenshot it is possible to see Tech Scavengers, which do not share phase with the previous npc mentioned. On top of that, it was raining in the screenshot, which means Weather Alteration Machine was active and probably contributed to the phasing issue.

Checking your quest history, I see that you have already completed the daily [Aid From Nordrassil], so it should be fine now. I will be closing the topic, but feel free to open a new one, in case you find another issue.
