Warlock Artefact Weapon Demonology PVP

Bug description: Since I reached Honor level 10, i get all appearances from Legion Artefact Weapon, except demonology one. I got for Affliction and Destruction, also on other chars, since Honor Level is Account Shared.

Figured out how it debugs when this happens, first switch to the spec that the appearance hasn't unlocked, equip the artifact weapon go to the source in Dalaran Broken Shore(https://imgur.com/1XIYrPj) click and select the appearance and wait 2-3 minutes and equip the weapon, you you will see that it will not equip, wait 1 minute equip it again and log out, when you come back the appearance will appear in the transmogrifier. Confirmed the workaround. Relogging with the artifact weapon equipped after a few minutes will cause its current appearance show up in the transmog options. I'm not sure what other specs have this issue, but for both Demonology Warlock and Protection Paladin this is valid.
