Bug description: After clearing the room the first boss in Kings' Rest does not proc the RP of it leaving the pool in the middle and it remains stuck, as shown in the video.

I will reject this topic due to me not being able to reproduce this on PTR and on Live Realm. Also take into account that this may be a one time issue only.
