Bug description: Finally found this NPC after a long time looking for it. But it cannot be attacked apparently. It evades everything. This NPC is needed to activate Anemonar, one of the rares in Nazjatar, by kiteing the ray to him and killing it near Anemonar (needed for Thought You Said They'd Be Rare?)
