[DUPLICATE] Blackrock Depths stuck at the Lyceum

Character name: Webdwarf
Bug description: In the Blackrock Depths right after the room where you completed the Trial of the Seven, you get into the Lyceum where you are supposed to kill "Shadowforge Flame Keeper" in order to get Shadowforge Torch so you can continue the dunegon but the mob doesn't spawn/exist therefore the dungeon is stucked there. It's third time i'm doing this dungeon and once i killed the whole room, i just didn't get the item from no mobs.

This issue is a duplicate. Also post this in the right section as this is a Legacy PvE issue not a quest issue.
