Character name: Rielan
Bug description: Captain Hadan is missing from his position near Halls of Origination, essential to completing the Uldum Assault there. NPC Finder says he is there, yet after relog he is not. With him missing, Saba-tok cannot be summoned, and Assault WQ cannot be finished.

Please restart the server, it almost 5 days since it last restarted, i stuck on the same quest.
