Proof: in the quest a gift for the adviser of the war chief anduin appears dead and the mission cannot be completed

no, it's a pandaria quest, which rewards a "great dracoleon" mount

Somebody has already made a bug report about this here : https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Breath-of-Darkest-Shadow-for-Grand-Wyvern-mount-t600993.html

Seeing as how 0 players have completed it ( proof ) I would say the quest is bugged and does not work.
Sadly you are unable to obtain the mount at this moment of time.

If the quest is not fixed on Shadowlands ( release is on the 14/02/2022 ) you can open another bug report and a member of staff will have a look at it.
In the meantime I will proceed to close this topic.
