Character name: Tankingfeels
Bug description: Being restoration druid Convoke the Spirit, talented into balance affinity + being in moonkin form, doesn't cast any spell other than wrath, where it should cast multitude of spells
Proof: for the purpose of this example I used moonfire to get into combat with the dummy

Just to add Using convoke the spirits in normal form it preforms as it should, casting a multitude of healing spells even an exceptional spell which in this case is flourish [talent]
This is the case for Guardian aswell, being in bear form it preforms as it should, casting a multitude of damaging spells even an exceptional spell which in this case is is Pulverize [talent]
but it does not cast any spell when you are talented into balance affinity and switch to moonkin form to convoke

It's the same with feral and bala specs. They are using only form spells.

This ability casts 16 spells, 10 of which are form specific spells, with the rest being distributed between non form specific spells. This ability does have a degree of variance to it, which can be frustrating. Convoke the Spirits will try and avoid casting most dots if they are already applied to the target.
The spell casts a mix of:

Cat Specific:
Ferocious Bite
Thrash
Rake
Shred
Tiger's Fury
Generic:
Wrath
Moonfire ( Lunar Inspiration)
Rejuvenation
Regrowth
It also has a 20% chance of casting an "ultimate" ability for each spec, for Feral this is Feral Frenzy.
