[REJECTED] Can`t complete first Maldraxxus Chapter [Champion of Pain]

Bug description: I got the 2 quests [To die by the sword] and [Land of oportunity]. The 30 NPC`s didn`t spawn for me so I chose to kill High Champion Meskal thinking that after killing him the NPC`s would spawn. They didn`t spawn and I flew with Drakka from there. I returned to Theater of Pain to complete this quest and nothing appeared so I abandoned the quest and reloged hoping for the NPC to spawn and give me the quest again. Now I dont have the quest and the chapter completed.(See the screenshot).

Please note, however, that "To Die by the Sword" is optional and can be skipped for now without hindering your progress on the main questline. You can proceed as normal by doing the quests given by Draka: Walk Among Death/Arms for the poor.

You will receive the achievement for completing this chapter once you fully completed the rest of the Maldraxxus storyline.
