[REJECTED] [Warrior][Arms] - Mortal Combo Conduit Doesn't Work(Never Triggers)

Character name: Necrocide
Bug description: Arms Warrior's one of the most important conduit Mortal Combo doesn't triggers or work. I have tried in multiple times in different instances (dungeon, arena, battleground, dummy, world) and whenever I use Mortal Strike Skill, never triggered one time Mortal Combo conduit. I have entered my Warrior in Retail-WoW and recorded 2 different videos while attacking on same dummy in WoW-Freakz and Retail-WoW. You can see in Retail-WoW my character has triggered Mortal Combo conduit 3 times in 30 seconds. I have asked one of my friend warrior in Freakz and result is same for him as well. Please check both of videos in patience. Thanks,

The Mortal Combo conduit procs, you can check out the video which I will post which shows my logs having it procced.

The only issue with the conduit is the animation which I've reported internally.
