[DUPLICATE] [Quest - Drustvar Ho!] the npc is bugged

Character name: Orisel
Bug description: The Npc named "Eitrigg" for the quest "Drustvar Ho! is bugged, doest start the quest to go to Drustvar as show on the pictures. He is needed for Acievements and one of them is to unlock the zandalari trolls, so they can be played.

Same issue for me - The text is there to click upon interacting with Eltrigg, but clicking it does nothing sadly.

I'm having this issue with my Hunter, has anyone been able to get past this? Can a GM/Mod, just set a flag so i can bypass this or delete to a point where I can change a starting point? I have started with the bottom right area start and have gotten farther already.
