[REJECTED] No Droping of Runecarver Memory at Oranomonos World Boss

Bug description: It is suposed that runecarver legendaries drop at WB is 100% because is not a repeatable content, BUT, I have done WB and i didnt get the runecarver memory for Druid Heal
Proof: I have two photos where you can see i dont have the legendarie neither in my bag niether in the book. And another photo that i have already completed the WB mission at the map.

Legendaries from world bosses do have a 100% drop chance.

Same legendary did not drop today.
