Bug description: If alter time gets dispeled or the mage is hit by any immunity (Cyclone) during alter time, alter time still procs. This should not happen.

Purge interaction works fine, AT gets dispelled and nothing happens , for Cyclone thing I need you to post Retail proof because i can't give interaction report to devs without blizz proof.
