Bug description: I'm doing the High Ground quest at the Punta de Lanza, Maldraxxus site. I've set the charge, but I can't detonate it.

The quest works. You need to be careful with the quest when completing it. You need to do it very slowly and make sure that you dont use any mobility spells.
You need to let the NPC do its roleyplay and make sure it doesnt get interrupted.
