Character name: Tinyrrogue
Bug description: the quest giver is in the sky on a necropolis in Maldraxxus, the first time I tried to do the quest, it was bugged so I abondoned the quest to retake it but I was on the ground and the NPC (Xandria / Kynthia at 37, 29 Maldraxxus) that suposes to take me up on the necropolis doesn't responding. (according to the wowhead comment)

that is my post with explanition that the npc should be where previous quest started to fly you up to that necropolis
And on site when you search Xandria it says alive,but he isnt there
