Character name: Ryakara
Bug description: Radiant Spark sometimes did not trigger the stacking buff from Radiant Spark, for more information sometimes its just stop at 2 or 3 stacks where it always stacking up to 4 times everytime, the other time the spell are just working perfectly

PS : its not happen often but sometimes it do, for the first time i thought its just a visual bug but after more reseach it is not

You need to post some kind of proof, I tested it in different scenarios and it always works including when target has absorb, the only case it won't stack is if target goes immune so its gonna remain on current amount of stacks since target is no longer getting damaged, need more proof. Rejected.
