Character name: Royd
Bug description: [Serrated Bone Spike] is not returning the charge when a (player) target dies in Bg. I haven't tested in arena or other pvp instances, also i'm not sure if that's the normal behaviour, but as far as the description and the pve mechanic go, it should also return it in pvp.
