Character name: Royd
Bug description: The quest [Proving your Worth] is added to the db, the npc that should offers it is spawned, but for some reason he doesn't offer me the quest. I've checked everywhere and there are no prerequisites or anything as far as i know. This quest is the starting point of a chain to get the legendary dagger mog.
